Cucumber Honeydew Salad

Rated as 4.92 out of 5 Stars

"Refreshing and healthy salad perfect for summertime. The sweet of the honeydew balances out the zip of the red onion, the coolness of mint, and finally the slight saltiness. The flavor really develops in waves. I'm always asked for the recipe."
