  1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, raisins, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.

I like all of the ingredients by themselves...but together, this was dissapointing. It just had a strange taste that I wouldn't call unique.

This is delicious. For variation I replace the walnuts with pine nuts.

Simple meal that was very tasty. Leftovers were also nice.
