  1. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in potato flour, water and lemon juice. Chill until ready to use.

Thought it had to much of a flour taste, and not sweet enough. I have made something similar before using cornstarch instead of flour. Think that would work better then to not get flour taste. H...
