  1. Into a medium saucepan drain the juice from the pineapple. To the juice add egg, sugar and flour. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let cool.
  2. In a medium bowl combine pineapple chunks and cheese.
  3. Pour the cooled juice mixture over the pineapple and cheese; mix well.

I've made this recipe in the past from my mother in law's recipe, there is no egg in it and doesn't need to be. Also she used cornstarch not flour. I do add the mini marshmallows.
