P.B. Chips Brownie Cups

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Line 18 muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper or foil bake cups.
  2. In large microwave-safe bowl, place butter. Microwave at High (100%) 1 to 1-/2 minutes or until melted. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add cocoa; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well. Stir in 1-1/3 cups peanut butter chips. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup peanut butter chips.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until surface is firm; cool completely in pan on wire rack.

These were just ok when they came directly from the oven. After sitting and cooling, they were very dry. I definitely will not be making again.

Excellent, simple brownie recipe. Very easy to make and tasty. Great for kids, too. I did not have to make any adjustments.

Very good, but would suggest 5 minutes less on cooking time. Mine turned out a little dry.

This recipe was perfect!!! My friend who just had surgery wanted something like this, and her family loved this too. I even suprised my mom and dad when they took the first bite! Yum!!!

I took a coffee cup and sprayed it with cooking spray. Then I filled it a little less than half full, and cooked it for 2:00 minutes.
