Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Soooo good! Since it was Thanksgiving and we didn't have oven space, I cooked them in the crockpot - on high for the first few hours then on low for a total of about 4 hours. I did use a tip from one of the other posters and added some water from cooking the potatoes. This made them very creamy and not dry at all. I beat them right in the crockpot, very easy.
