"Different version of coleslaw I came up with because my husband HATES carrots. Everybody loved it! Great both crunchy or soft. Add more grapes to cut the onion if the onion is really strong. You'll be amazed!"

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a large salad bowl; fold in cabbage, broccoli, red onion, spinach, and red grapes. Stir to coat with dressing.

  • Refrigerate slaw to keep it crunchy. If you like a soft slaw, don't refrigerate before serving.
