Pecan Crackers


I got this sweet pecan cracker recipe from a lady at church. It is great finger food and is easy to prepare.

  • ½ (16 ounce) package graham crackers

  • 2 cups chopped pecans

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • ½ cup butter

  • ½ cup margarine


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with graham crackers. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.

  3. Combine sugar, butter, and margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon mixture over pecans, coating well.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 12 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
