This loaf came out well except crust top wasn't smooth. Baked on the Gluten-free setting of the breadmaker. I substituted potato flour instead of cornflour just because it's what I had in the pantry, and an extra egg white instead of lecithin as a previous maker suggested (thanks Bethany!).
