LC'S Sweet Potato Fries

I made these for some guests who can't have white potatoes and they LOVED them. I was making a double batch, and I didn't want to take the time to fry them, so I put all of the ingredients into a Ziploc bag and tossed to coat. I then baked them in the oven for about 40 minutes or so until the sides were a little crispy. Everyone wanted the recipe!
