  1. Mix salmon, oats, onion, egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until evenly combined. Divide and shape mixture into four patties.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; pan-fry salmon patties until heated through, about 7 minutes on each side.

We liked the burgers. They were indeed quick. Took the advice from another happy cook and slapped some lemon dill sour cream sauce on 'em. Very good, thank you.

I used two frozen salmon filets that I bought at Walmart, cooked on George foreman grill, added some garlic and a couple of tablespoons of plain yogurt. Doesn't even taste like salmon! Yummy
