  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.

  • Center potatoes evenly on sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  • Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes on cookie sheet in oven.

  • OR grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

My sister gave me this recipe years ago and I make them quite often. Fresh rosemary is great in this. I like the potatoes a little more browned but when I cook it long enough to brown the potatoes the garlic gets a little brown too which makes it bitter. Read More

These turned out really good. The cooking time seems to be a little on the low side as mine ended up taking 50 minutes. I topped with a little more Parmesan than it called for but that's just due to preference. Will definitley make these again. Read More
