Habanero Guacamole


A spicy creamy goodness that goes great on sandwiches, burgers, or tortilla chips! Easy and fast to whip up for the family. This guacamole can be very spicy. When dealing with peppers high on the Scoville scale, PLEASE ALWAYS WEAR gloves to protect yourself and others! Wash your cutting surfaces thoroughly!

  • 4 avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped

  • ½ cup chopped red onion

  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced (wear gloves), or to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 4 sprigs cilantro, chopped, or to taste

  • ½ large tomato, seeded and finely diced


  1. Blend avocados, red onion, habanero peppers, garlic, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and cilantro in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a bowl.

  2. Fold tomato into the avocado mixture.
