  1. In a blender, combine orange juice, pineapple, sugar and ice cubes. Blend on low until there are no more chunks of ice. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

This is a pretty tasty smoothie, reason for the 4 stars, if you eliminate the sugar and use OJ with reduced sugar, it will fall a bit more into the healthy category.

I only used 1 cup of orange juice and would not recommend it. it is good other than that.
