- Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in a bowl. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter. Mix sour cream and Neufchatel cheese in a bowl. Spread over refried beans. Top layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions, and lettuce over salsa. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.

Delicious but be aware or portion size. I made this for a football party and no one even noticed the low fat version as it's so good, but plan on a 9X13 or larger pan for this many ingredients....

I will make it again. I switched to romaine lettuce (healthier) and used the taco seasoning recipe on allrecipes, without the fillers and chemicals...much tastier!
