DEBORAH REUTELER

"My ex-husband was African-American and as a result of my marriage, I tasted and fell in love with soul food. I experimented for years until I came up with this recipe, it has a lot more flavor than other recipes I have tried."

This is very different. Having made "Greens" for many years this gave a different flavor. Not my favorite, however it has an interesting and spicy taste.
