Chorizo Queso Dip

Rated as 4.58 out of 5 Stars

"When I couldn't figure out what to do with a roll of bulk chorizo sausage, this recipe was born. It may sound similar to other dip recipes, but don't let that fool you...the flavor of this dip definitely sets it apart from the rest. This also reheats well. Enjoy!"

I make a variation of this, but I also add into it some sour cream and taco seasoning. Sometimes instead of sausage I use shredded mexican chicken and chili/mexican beans, turns out awesome :)

Family loved this.. Doubled everything but the chorizo.. added garlic salt... might try adding a can of refried beans to this.. very delicious..

Best party dip ever! Quadrupled this recipe for a recent party and it was completly gone in no time. I will only use premium chorizo when making this.....comes from a local butcher
