Chicken Broccoli Salad
Combine broccoli, chicken, walnuts, and green onions in a large bowl.Advertisement
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar together in a bowl until well blended.
Pour mayonnaise dressing over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, if desired. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon to serve.
The recipe calls for raw broccoli, but I like to microwave about 2 minutes in a small bit of water to steam, then chill. I also use light mayo or salad dressing and Splenda(R). You can omit the chicken and it makes a delicious broccoli salad.
