Quick and Easy Creamed Bacon Spinach
It is a mouth-watering, creamy, and rich side dish and tastes wonderful with chicken and fresh rolls.

I am grateful for these quick and easy one-pot recipes. I used olive oil instead of butter, turkey bacon instead of pork bacon, and non-dairy coffee creamer instead of milk or half and half. I also added lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano to the recipe. It was a really easy dish to make, and it turned out so delicious. I will be making creamed spinach this way from now on.
Read MoreI was shocked by how little flavor this had, considering it begins w/onion, garlic, and bacon! I kept taking a bite, searching for the flavor I never did find. Perhaps one less box of spinach may make a difference? THANKS for the recipe, mommy_of_six!

I made the recipe as written and it turned out delicious. My husband also loved it, so I will definitely make it again.
A good version of creamed spinach if you are short on time. Use large cloves of garlic and onion salt for a little more flavor. Freshly grated Parmesan on top. Yum!
