  1. Place tuna steaks with Italian dressing in a bowl, coating both sides; marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Grill tuna on the preheated grill until tuna lightens in color but retains a thin line of pink in the center, about 5 minutes on each side.

I cut the C. pepper in half to cut down the hotness level, My family loved it!

Great taste lo cal

I marinated the tuna steaks overnight and they literally "melted in your mouth". Good thing I made twice as many as I thought I needed because everyone wanted another!
