  1. Whisk 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon zest, coriander, black pepper, ginger, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl; rub tuna steaks with spice mixture.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear tuna in the hot oil until browned but still pink in the center, about 3 minutes on each side.

WOW!!!! That's some good tuna!!! Easy, quick and good!!! I didn't have any lemon zest so I just added a TBSP of lemon juice instead. Still incredible!

WOW!!!! That's some good tuna!!! Easy, quick and good!!! I didn't have any lemon zest so I just added a TBSP of lemon juice instead. Still incredible!

Excellent. I would however decrease the salt to a half teaspoon.

Really good but cut the cooking time to about 20 seconds per side if you like it rare.
