  1. Combine hemp milk, almond milk, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, and white sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir cocoa until warm, 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk together coconut milk, whiskey, remaining 2/3 tablespoon chocolate syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir about 2 tablespoons of the coconut-whiskey mixture into the cocoa.
