Raspberry-Pomegranate Jellies

We like the flavor in these, but like other reviewers, we are a tad disappointed in the texture. Despite our childlike tendencies with other things, my husband and I aren't too picky about jello and needing it to be firm so we can play with it. We are okay with the normal texture and just like to eat it. Therefore, it's a bit too firm for us--and it was really hard to cut. I got a workout there! . . .I liked them with and without sugar, but hubs did not like them dipped in sugar at all--didn't like the texture, I guess. He did like them without the sugar. For all that, though, we loved the flavor, so I think I'm going to just try half pomegranate juice and half hot water next time for a normal jello. Thanks for the recipe!
