Fiesta Lime Parmesan Halibut

  1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Season halibut steaks with salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon lime-flavored seasoning blend.
  3. Arrange the halibut steaks on a baking dish.
  4. Place panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1/8 teaspoon lime-flavored seasoning blend, thyme, and garlic in a blender.
  5. Blend with enough olive oil to just moisten the panko crumbs.
  6. Spoon panko crumb mixture over the halibut.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 30 minutes.

This was sooo good! I couldn't find lime salt so used fresh squeezed lime on fish and in bread crumb mixture which turned out awesome! Definitely a favorite that I will make often.

We love halibut, and we thought this was very good. I didn't use the exact brand of lime that you recommended, Josh, but I did come up with a decent substitute. I otherwise followed the recipe...
