Dad's Beef and Chive Dip

- Mix the sour cream and chive dip, sour cream, and cream cheese together in a large bowl.
- Fold the green onion, dried beef, and Cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
- Cook's Note:
- To make as a cheese ball, mix all the ingredients together save the Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate the mixture until set, form into a ball, and roll in the shredded Cheddar cheese. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill until firm.
