"This is an all-around homemade dip. Best in stir-fry beef, pork, chicken (especially Buffalo wings), even chips and steamed veggies. The whole family, even friends love this. Best served chilled. You can substitute 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic for onion, or you can mix both!"

  1. Stir the mayonnaise, white vinegar, soy sauce, and water together in a bowl just until combined. Add more water as desired for thinner consistency. Stir in minced onion.

i used like a ton of mayonnaise and it was still really soupy. I then added some corn starch which significantly helped the consistency.

The flavor was good but the consistency was awful. I used a full cup of mayonnaise and let it set in the fridge for 12 hours and it was still too "soupy" and there certainly was not enough for 6...
