Melt In Your Mouth Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Melt(R) and cocoa, blending with a spoon until smooth. Add baking powder and sugar, stirring until slightly mixed. Add flour and eggs; stir until completely integrated.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan, lightly coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle chocolate chips (and/or nuts) over top of brownie mixture.
  4. Bake in for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Had guests over tonight but realized 30 minutes before that I didn't have dessert. Found this recipe and all RAVED over it!!! Instead of the butter, I did use coconut oil and it was awesome!! ...

I did exactly as the recipe said and they turned out great. My sisters could not beleive that they were homemade!!

We used margarine instead of buttery spread, and they turned out moist and chocolatey, better than a box mix.

These brownies were good! Moist and rich enough. I decided to cut 1/2 cup of sugar and used butter instead and baked it for 30 minutes. So easy to make and it looks solid!

Made this for my husband except i did it with 1 cup of regular stick butter and pecans but they came out awesome :)
