Quick, easy and delicious! I used a little more garlic, topped it with some shredded parmesan and paired it with some garlic and olive oil vermicelli. My hubby loved it!
I followed the recipe mostly, instead of green onions, I used shallots, and I double the whole thing....It was very watery, and lacked flavor even with the packets. I have made something somewha...
