- Place the Cheddar cheese into a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the jalapeno peppers, 2 tablespoons of the liquid from the diced jalapenos, smoke flavoring, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until thoroughly blended. Stir into the Cheddar cheese, turn into a serving dish, and serve.

- Cook's Note:
- To make it last longer, spread 1 can of refried beans in a casserole pan, then spread cheese dip on top. Put in the refrigerator overnight, and serve cold the next day with chips!

I made this dish for the grey cup and the men loved this dip. I used a little bit of canned jalapeño and bannana pepper and one fresh jalapeño. This dish was the first one gone.

this was just ok. i did used bagged grated cheese which maybe wasn't fine enough? i might try again with finer grated cheese.

A new Superbowl favorite! Addicting and delicious! My audience recommends adding bacon, but it is delicious with or without this addition.

Sorry, I followed the recipe exactly but this did not taste good. It seemed to need something else like sour cream or cream cheese in it.
