  1. Chill a glass mug in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the butterscotch topping and soda water in the chilled mug; stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour the cream soda into the mug.
  3. Stir the whipped cream, caramel sauce, and salt together in a small bowl; spoon atop the soda mixture. Stir lightly; it will froth!

this was relatively simple to make, but came up with suprisingly good results. it was worth my time.

Very easy to make but I think that you should use less soda water.

Pretty quick and easy! It was a hit with the grownups and kids, and we drank it while watching a Harry Potter movie to make it extra special. Very indulgent though!
