McCormick® Chicken Fajitas
The zesty flavor of this seasoning also goes great with beef or pork. Be sure to serve with fajita toppings such as cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.

I have used MCCORMICK FAJITAS SEASONING MIX FOR YEARS. I put package plus 1/4 cup water plus 2 tbs oil in zip lock bag per pound of chicken. Chop chicken breast add to marinade and refrig all day or. over night. cook in skillet. make your fajitas. My family and friends love it.( can be cooked ahead) I cook peppers and onions in sparate skillet at dinner time.

This recipe was amaze, we cook alot and have been looking for and trying new things and it's a keeper, my man was happy. also its quick and easy!
I picked up a bottle of this which gives me more for my money with more meals. Family loved it!! Easy to make and makes a lot!! Make sure you have a jumbo skillet or two!! I had to make this with two skillets-plenty of left overs even though we only had three people to feed!! Very d-lish!
McCormick fajita seasoning is the only fajita seasoning I use. I have tried other kinds and did not like them and they do not compare to McCormicks. I add a tablespoon of vinegar. They used to have that as as part of the marinade recipe on the package. I can tell the difference w/o the vinegar.
I used a can of chicken breast, so I cooked the onions and peppers first then added the chicken. Easy weeknight meal.
Delicious! We made these with steak instead of chicken. I also added a small tomato to make them more like the Mexican restaurants. Will definitely make these again!
I've been making this for a good while and I use this as my leftover turkey recipe as well just sub cooked turkey breast for the chicken, it rocks!!
11-21-11: Close to a 'five'; depends a lot on the salsa/guacamole.
A good recipe. It was easy and tasty. I did everything according to the recipe. No substitutes.
I've made these many times and they always turn out great! I don't bother cooking the chicken and veggies seperate, I just cook them all together and then add the seasoning and water. I served them w/ shredded cheddar, sour cream and taco sauce, and a side of 'Mamacita's Mexican Rice' from here~YUM! :)
