- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cut squash in half using a large sharp knife, and scoop out seeds. In a small bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and Becel(R) Buttery Taste margarine. Rub spice and margarine mixture over cut side of squash.
- Place on a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.

Yum! I've never thought to add nutmeg and cinnamon, and I just used whatever butter I had on hand. This was a tasty new change to my normal way.
This recipe has GREAT flavor and is super easy to make! We serve it over brown rice with a side salad. It is one of my husband's favorites!
