"I created this recipe as a quick fix for something sweet and protein-filled for post-gym workouts...eventually the kids started taking it away from me and eating it themselves! Substitute what you like for a sweetener...I've used stevia, aspartame, and agave nectar, all with success. Greek yogurt takes some getting used to -- it's not for everyone!"

  1. Stir yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and stevia together in a small bowl. Add apples and toss to coat. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes before serving.

This was my breakfast this morning. I loved it. SO good. Instead of stevia powder, I drizzled honey over the top. YUM.

We had this for breakfast today with apple slices and a mini cinnamon-raisin bagel with pumpkin butter. Used Truvia instead of stevia, and we ate it as an apple dip. Very nice.

I made this for breakfast this morning, I put all the ingredients together without the apple and tried it. At first my thought was “it’s okay”, then I added the apple and it made a world of diff...

I loved this protein packed, easy-to-fix breakfast! I used non-fat Greek yogurt.

I do this and also add granola. The amount of protein in the yogurt is amazing! Great for breakfast on the go!
