- Combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, rosemary, basil, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat; cook until the garlic begins to sizzle, about 5 minutes. Remove immediately from heat.

- This recipe is also great as a cooking oil, but please slice garlic in half instead of mincing and remove it after it begins to sizzle, or it will burn. The garlic is only used to infuse the oil and if used for cooking purposes should be removed prior to cooking the entree.

Tastes wonderful and was very easy to make. It tastes just like our favorite Italian restaurant's and was just what I was looking for to dip my home-baked herb bread into.
I used Italian seasoning, a robust olive oil and didn’t heat it! It was great!
