  1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the noodles, and return to a boil. Cook the noodles uncovered, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked through, but still firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a large casserole dish.
  3. Mix the noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and salt together in a large bowl. Spread mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

This was super easy to make and very moist. It was just not my taste, but other than personal preference, it was the way it was supposed to be.

Just out of the oven. I'm serving with kielbasa. Yum

This is such a tasty dish! I usually grind the poppy seeds in my coffee grinder for a better flavor and texture. A great meatless dish. As another reviewer mentioned, you can make it sweet or sa...

This is a definite make again, however I did leave out the poppy seed as well.
