  1. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.
  2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread chicken, vegetables and pineapple onto 8 skewers.
  3. Grill kabobs over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.


  • Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Tasted great. We didn't use Lawry's, we just used regular teriyaki sauce and added pineapple juice. It worked the same.

Very tasty and easy to make. The whole family enjoyed them. My son and I came up with all sorts of variations that we want to try using this recipe! Mahi Mahi, mango, etc. :o)

THE BEST grilled chicken ive had by far! i Marinade it over night and it was awesome! It did want to stick to grill, so i would say oil the grill first.
