Thai Peanut Butter Chicken Wraps

Directions
{{model.addEditText}} Print- Stir together peanut butter, pad thai sauce and green onions in a medium bowl until combined.
- Place tortilla on microwave-safe plate. Spread 1/4 of peanut butter mixture on tortilla to about 1/2-inch of edge. Microwave on High (100% power) for 20 seconds.
- Layer chicken, then lettuce on top. Wrap burrito style: Fold one edge of tortilla up about 1-inch over filling. Fold right and left sides over folded edge. Roll up ending with loose edge on bottom. Cut in half diagonally.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.

- TIP To make one wrap: Use 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons pad thai sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 1/3 cup chicken and 1/2 cup lettuce on 1 burrito.

These are really yummy with a bit of kick!! I used boiled chicken breasts and fresh veggies like spinach and shredded cabbage in the center. My husband and I both really enjoyed them!
The flavor was ok, but I recommend more chicken. There was very little chicken in the first 3 wraps I made, and none left over for the fourth one!

Great! I loved these wraps. I put shredded cabbage and green lettuce leaves in mine as well to add some veggies. They are a tad spicy, but not too much. Perfect for a quick lunch recipe!!!

Yummy! I didn't have the pad thai sauce, so I mixed coconut milk, yellow curry, powdered garlic, ginger and salt, I also used a little bit less peanut butter. It turned out wonderful.
