I used 2 cups garbanzo beans cooked from dried beans. This has a strong peanut butter flavor! Good with veggies!

I don't know - it just wasn't something I'm crazy about. I love hummus and I love peanut butter, but together they just weren't good.

I did this a little different and just used the EVOO and peanut butter and salt. Mixing it up until it was completely incorporated. The night of it was great! The next night it was even better...
