  1. Mix the fruit cocktail, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the cream until smooth with an electric mixer. Fold the cream mixture into the fruit cocktail mixture until thoroughly combined, and chill. Serve cold.
