Roasted Pork Loin

This was delicious! I marinated the pork overnight with the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, S&P. I cut slits all aorund the pork,which got all the flavors inside!! I browned it on all sides then put it in the crock pot with the white wine and a drizzle of Olive oil. I put it on High for 6 hours & it came out perfect! I made a gravy from the juices using corn starch, cold water, and some chicken stock..whisked it on a high heat until it got thick....it was YUMMY!! My husband loved it and so did everyone else!!! THANKS for this great recipe!
