  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a 1 quart saucepan. Cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until preserves are melted.
  3. Place chicken, skin side up, on rack in broiler pan. Brush with preserves mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for about 1 hour, brushing occasionally with preserves mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Discard any remaining preserves mixture.

Yummy! I marinated my chicken in a little of the sauce for a couple of hours, then grilled it on the BBQ with a drip pan underneath to avoid flares and it was SOOOO good. It looked as good as ...

The sauce was very good. I will probably make this again with chicken breasts instead of chicken peices.

This was really good although I added a splash of Tabasco for a little kick. Thanks BC! I'll probably do this one again.
