Green Garlic Dip

"If you are fortunate (as I am) to have a grocer who carries green garlic, you might want to try this dip which I whupped up. This goes great with artichokes."

  1. Place the green garlic, cilantro, olive oil, sherry, lemon juice, and jalapeno pepper into a blender or food processor. Blend until pureed. Scrape into a bowl, and mix in the sour cream until evenly blended. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate before serving.

use 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 cream cheese. Adds a very lucious flavor and tastes absolutely amazing adding some marinated artichoke hearts and eating with chips or crackers!

This was simple and yet so good! I used this to dip hot wings in instead of your typical ranch and it worked very nicely with wings. This would be good on many different things. Definitely a kee...
