Slow Cooked Barbecue Beer Beef

My husband and I loved this. I didn't quite follow the recipe to the letter. I used Quorn steak strips (a meat substitute) and put all the ingredients into a medium saucepan, brought it to a boil and then let it simmer for about 40 minutes. I served it in a tortilla wrap with fresh baby spinach. I'm sure it would be even better with real beef.
