this came out very flavorful and bold.. i had to modify the recipe based on what we had on hand.. subbing ground turkey (20 oz package) for the 1lb lamb.. 1 1/2 jalapenos.. leaving the seeds/vein in the 1/2 jalapeno.. i only had 1/4 of an onion so i added 1/2 tsp of onion powder.. i began crushing 1 tbsp of coriander seeds and it just looked like too much so followed cookingpanub's lead of just using 2 tsp of it ground.. i didn't have any yogurt but think it might have given that bit of sour flavor i was looking for that the lemon didn't really provide.. i added 1/4 tsp of salt to accomodate for the extra 4 oz of meat, but i felt like it still needed more salt at the end.. these were good as burgers with some mayo, lettuce, tomato and a sprinkle of salt.. ty for the recipe
