  1. Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with half of the olive oil, orange zest and Mrs. Dash(R) Onion & Herb Blend.
  2. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting pan. Place vegetables in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. Place both in 375 degrees F preheated oven and cook 6-7 minutes, turning each after 4 minutes.
  4. Plate chicken to 4 plates, spooning vegetables over chicken breasts.

So delicious!My family loved it.I made 6 chicken breasts instead,and doubled the seasonings and olive oil. Then baked them for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. So juicy!

the cook time makes no sense!?!! 7 mins to cook raw chicken, am i missing something?! well after 10 mins they were of course still not ready. i feel like i misunderstood this recipe.

I'm trying this tonight, but I totally don't get the cook time either . . . but it's worth a try

This cooking time for chicken just doesn't work. Perhaps, if the chicken was cut in half horizontally and sauteed in the oil, the time would be right.
