Cream of Mushroom Sauce


This mushroom cream sauce recipe is super easy to make with condensed soup and pantry staples. Great served with meatballs over egg noodles.

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar


  1. Whisk condensed soup, milk, soy sauce, parsley, black pepper, Italian seasoning, chili powder, and sugar in a saucepan until smooth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
