Caesar Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken

  1. Brush the 2 tablespoons dressing over both sides of chicken breasts. Grill over medium-hot coals on a covered grill or cook in a ridged grill pan over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Transfer to carving board; let cool 15 minutes. Cut chicken into chunks.
  2. Meanwhile, combine pasta and remaining 1/2 cup dressing in a large bowl. Add chicken and 1-1/2 cups cheese; toss well. Add lettuce and tomatoes; toss well and transfer to serving plates. Top with remaining cheese and croutons. Serve with pepper.

I did not care for this.

Super easy and tasty. I seasoned my chicken to my liking and followed the directions as followed. Not really sure how this can go wrong.

I made this tonight for dinner and was a bit disappointed. It was very bland. Maybe I need tastier caesar dressing. If I do this recipe again, I'm going to season the chicken my own way.

I found this to be delicious and easy/quick to make.

i gave it 4 stars because the chicken does need more seasoning. I like to use the mini bowties and ALWAYS use Cardinis Caesar dressing. That is a must!
