  1. Spread Hellmann's 1/2 the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing on one slice of bread and 1 tablespoon of ketchup on the other. Layer turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese between slices of bread and season with pepper to taste. Garnish with a cherry tomato.


  • *Homemade Ketchup (makes 1 cup--plenty for everyone!)
  • In a food processor mix together: 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1 ripe tomato, 1 red pepper, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar. Season with black pepper to taste.
