A favorite of mine over the years. Never thought of using my slow cooker. I have always baked it in the oven for approx. 90 min. or until bubbly. Sauce is delicious over rice. Thanks Troy.
You don't use the whole pound of bacon. The recipe only calls for 2-3 slices of bacon wrapped around each piece of chicken. Some people are reading the recipe incorrectly.
