Most helpful positive review

This was terrific claudia. I ate the whole thing myself...in one night! I had 4 huge fuji apples and didn't think a pie plate would hold all of them so I dumped it in an 8x8 square baking dish...

Tasty...although I found the topping to be a bit over processed. Next time I will coarsely chop the nuts and mix the topping by hand for a more "crumbly" topping :o)

I changed a couple things....instead on instant oatmeal I used 1 1/2 cups reg. oatmeal..made with pecans...served warm with ice cream. I made in a 9x13 pan...desert was gone the same night i ma...

I tossed in some raisins to make sure that the apples wouldn't get too dried oyt, it turned out really very well. I didn't like the walnuts a whole lot so I just did loads of pecans for the sec...

I love apple crisp... can't get enough. This is the BEST apple crisp I've ever had! Simple & delish!

Very good! But where's the oatmeal I usually see in the apple crisps topping?

Everyone enjoyed this and I also cut the brown sugar to 1/4 Cup. It was delicious. the nuts are a great idea for a crisp and you get some protein alos. Thanks

I like the crumb topping. Next time I'll add more apples though. Overall, a good recipe.

This was very good, but next time I may cut back on the butter. It ended up making the topping a little greasy.
